Ardmore Police Officers are needing your help finding a man who stole over 350 gallons of diesel.

The white male with dark hair was somehow able to unlock the pump, at a Shell Station off of West Broadway the man then uses two diesel nozzles to quickly fill several 55 gallon drums in the back of the late 90’s model white truck.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Ardmore Crime Stoppers at 580-504-4LAW.

Daniel Sims pleaded guilty in a Gainesville courtroom yesterday to the March 2010 murder of 19-year-old Whitesboro resident Jesse Vincente Hensley.

Hensley died of a gunshot wound March 31 at Sims’ home on County Road 678.

Sims, 18, and an acquaintance, Aaron Williams,18, were arrested within a couple of days of the shooting. Both were charged with first degree murder. Williams is suspected of firing the fatal shots and will face trial June 6th.

Sims was charged and sentenced to 50 years - the term recommended in the plea agreement.

The shooting apparently stemmed from a $200 drug debt Sims claimed he owed Hensley.
