Prize
All prizes are non-transferable or assignable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration, and no substitutes will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value or nature if advertised prize is not available. Each prize winner is responsible for compliance with all federal, state and/or local laws and regulations that apply, including, without limitation, payment of applicable taxes. All expenses not specifically provided in the Grand Prize package are the responsibility of the prize winner.

How to Enter
No purchase necessary. Contest begins March 18, 2013 and ends April 5, 2013. Entrants must register on the 95.7 KKAJ website (www.957kkaj.com). Only one entry per person, entering multiple times does not increase you odds of winning.
Winner Announcement
Contest ends at 11:59 pm on April 5, 2013. On Monday, April 8, 2013 a representative of LKCM Radio Group will contact an entry, that person will have ten minutes to return the call, if the call is not answered or returned within ten minutes he/she forfeits the prize and the station representative will move on to another potential winner. This will repeat until a winner is confirmed. Winner will receive one Grand Prize package.
Entrants understand any information provided will be used in accordance to the Station’s Privacy Policy.
Employees, agents or affiliates of the Station, LKCM Radio Group LP, Texas Motor Speedway, Inc. or participating sponsors along with their immediate family or household members are not eligible for participation. Immediate family includes but is not limited to: spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandchildren, and grandparents.
All prize winners are not eligible to win another prize for thirty (30) days from the date of winnings. All prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other prizes. All prizes must be claimed at station business office, during business hours if applicable, within thirty (30) days of winning or they will be forfeit. If not claimed within the 30 day period the winner releases all claims and rights to the prize.
Winners will be selected by Station’s sole discretion. If it is deemed that a candidate is ineligible for prize receipt in the Station’s judgment another candidate will be selected based on contest criteria. In the event that no candidate meets the contest criteria the prize will go un-awarded. In the event of a tie the winner will be determined by the sole discretion of the station.
All federal, state and local taxes apply and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
This prize is date specific and the winner must be available on specified date. If the winner is not available on specified date the Station reserves the right to select another winner based on the contest criteria. The Station is not responsible for event reschedule or cancellation and no substitution will be given.
The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues in the entry process, including but not limited to internet service outages, computer difficulties, and delays. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by website administrator for online entries. When applicable the website administrator’s clock will be used as the official time for the contest. Contest entries must contain all requested information by the deadline to be considered a valid entry. The Station is not responsible for any technical issues in the entry, voting or selection process that can be reasonably considered to be out of the realm of the Station’s control.
The Station, all sponsors and affiliates have no liability for any injury or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering or participating in any contest and/or the use of any prize.
The station reserves the right to disqualify or render ineligible any entry based on its sole discretion.
The Station reserves the right to change, update, or amend any rules without prior written notice.
By participating, all Entrants give the Station, Sponsors and affiliates unrestricted rights to any photos, video, recordings, information collected in relation to the contest for promotional or any use it deems appropriate without compensation.
