Miranda Lambert gets the cover treatment of May's Women's Health magazine



Miranda Lambert looks stunning on the cover of Women’s Health, on newsstands now. Miranda has embraced several healthy changes that have led the singer to a startling body makeover and toned physique.

“It’s really easy to gain weight and it’s really hard to lose weight, so just staying focused, and though the holidays not getting off track, you know, I had to really stay focused, she explains. “If I ate bad in the morning, I tried to do better at night, or vice versa. Just not blowing it all day long, everyday.”

The scale is something that can be your worst enemy when you’re trying to lose weight or gain weight or whatever you’re trying to do to get comfortable. I usually just judge by my clothes. I would say don’t get caught up on the scale because you can really get focused on that and it can make you in a bad mood really quickly,” Lambert said.

Miranda definitely seems happier and healthier, but also realistic in her goals. I bet she still allows herself a Cheetos cheat every once in a while!
